3 camps for adults in Hungary

If it is hard for you to just sit at a beach for a week, doing nothing, then you should think about signing up for a camp, suggests divany.hu. Do you still remember those camps you went to when you were a child? There is no reason why you could not do it again. Learn new things like horseback riding, yoga or sewing, meet people and have fun this summer.

Horseback riding camp

How many of us have fond memories of horseback riding when we were little? How many would like to pick up the hobby again if we had the chance? Well, now you have the chance.

A HORSE-LOVERS PARADISE: THE HORTOBÁGY EQUESTRIAN DAYS

The Akhal Teke farm in Ópusztaszer organises a 6-day-long camp for ages 12-60. Children and adults are both welcome to sign up, but they are also given a warning: be prepared to spend about two and a half hours in the saddle every day. They will have the horses on a longe line at first for new riders, they also teach you how to communicate with horses, and by the end of the week, the group will be able to go on a short trail ride on horseback. Campers will be housed in comfortable yurts, with full board and access to a hot shower.

Date: August 19-25

Price: 55,000 Ft (170 euros)

Address: 6767 Ópusztaszer, Major 102
