\u636e GLOBS \u6742\u5fd7<\/a>\u4e2d,\u7ef4\u8c22\u683c\u62c9\u5fb7\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5408\u4f5c,\u56de\u987e\u4f1f\u5927\u7684\u4f20\u7edf,\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Even the name is special, since it was purposely named after the city lying on the coast of the Danube, north of Buda. This was the place where the Hungarian, Czech and Polish kings met in 1335. (In that time, Slovakia\u2019s territory was under the control of the Kingdom of Hungary, meaning that the meeting covered all the four present member states). The Roman Catholic countries located between the Baltic Sea and the Adrian Sea agreed that they would communicate their economic and political needs together to the western powers (primarily to the neighbouring Holy Roman Empire) and eastern Orthodox or Muslim powers, which mostly signified the framing of a joint trade and customs policy in practice. So we already agreed back then that we would go together without separate deals with outsiders. Following the change of regime in 1989-1990, the leaders of the Central European region (J\u00f3zsef Antall, V\u00e1clav Havel and Lech Walesa) had exact visions about how they wanted to lead out their countries from the institutional fetters of the Soviet rule, so they wound up the Warsaw Pact in the 1990s and quit the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance. Moreover, the states who once cooperated in Visegr\u00e1d knew that besides introducing the market economy model in their countries, they also wanted to change their economic relations with the rest of the world based on the European principles and practices. They initiated so called Europe Agreements \u2013 more specifically, it is a type of free trade and economic cooperation relations \u2013 with the EU and signed agreements about the withdrawal of the Soviet troops. (When evaluating their result, it must be taken into consideration that the communist regime \u2013 then yearned to be reformed by the Soviet Union and Gorbachev \u2013 only collapsed in the second part of 1991.) That was when the three great statesmen decided to re-establish the historic Visegr\u00e1d cooperation to achieve joint goals in the economic and geopolitical vacuum \u2013 since they could only join the EU and NATO later.<\/p>\n

1991\u5e742\u6708\u7b7e\u7f72\u7ed3\u76df\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55,\u5f53\u65f6\u5404\u56fd\u4ecd\u662f\u82cf\u8054\u519b\u961f\u7684\u4e1c\u9053\u4e3b,\u5e76\u7acb\u5373\u542f\u52a8\u673a\u6784\u5408\u4f5c,\u81ea1993\u5e74\u6377\u514b\u65af\u6d1b\u4f10\u514b\u5206\u88c2\u4ee5\u6765,\u7ef4\u8c22\u683c\u62c9\u5fb7\u96c6\u56e2\u6709\u56db\u540d\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u4e2d\u6b27\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a(CEFTA)\u662f\u5728\u5408\u4f5c\u4e4b\u521d\u5236\u5b9a\u5e76\u9881\u5e03\u7684,\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
