EUR im Rahmen einer Privatplatzierung angek\u00fcndigt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Erweiterung von AutoWallis<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/autowallis.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AutoWallis<\/a> Erl\u00f6s aus der Emission zur Finanzierung seiner Expansion ins Ausland und der Akquisitionen verwenden wird Der Autoverk\u00e4ufer sagte, er plane, in den kommenden Jahren 2-3 Akquisitionen pro Jahr zu t\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n<p>AutoWallis ist in 16 L\u00e4ndern Europas vertreten und gab im November die bisher gr\u00f6\u00dfte \u00dcbernahme des tschechischen Unternehmens MAILAND KRAL bekannt. Das Unternehmen plant, bis 2028 rund 80 Mrd. HUF in sein Gesch\u00e4ft einzubringen und den Jahresumsatz auf 750 Mrd. HUF und das EBITDA bis 2028 auf 40 Mrd. HUF zu steigern, was dem Doppelten des Niveaus im Jahr 2023 entspricht.<\/p>\n<p>AutoWallis z\u00e4hlt Alpine, BYD, Dacia, Isuzu, Farizon, Jaguar, Land Rover, MG, Saab-Teile, Renault, SsangYong und Opel zu den Marken seines Gro\u00dfhandelsportfolios Marken im Einzelhandelsportfolio sind BMW Pkw und Motorr\u00e4der, BYD, Dacia, Isuzu, Jaguar, KIA, Land Rover, Maserati, MINI, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, SsangYong, Suzuki und Toyota, es vertritt die Rent-a-car-B\u00f6rse Sixt in Ungarn und betreibt sein Carsharing &#8211; und Flottenmanagementgesch\u00e4ft unter der wigoHUegis.
