Die Kapazit\u00e4t wird 4.900 Personen erreichen. Das neue Geb\u00e4ude wird dreist\u00f6ckig sein, ein Restaurant, eine VIP-Lounge und Skyboxen. Dort findet die Schach- und Br\u00fcckenabteilung von MTK ein neues Zuhause. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden ein \u00fcberdachtes Parkhaus und ein Solarkraftwerk gebaut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Neues Sportzentrum in der Budapester Innenstadt<\/h2>\n<p>Den Pl\u00e4nen zufolge wird das Projekt 27 Milliarden HUF (70,5 Millionen Euro) kosten.Auftragnehmer ist Bayer Construct Ltd. Das Unternehmen ist bekannt aus anderen staatlich gef\u00f6rderten oder von der lokalen Regierung finanzierten Bauprojekten wie dem neuen Stadtzentrum von Zaha Hadid im 14. Bezirk von Budapest. Die endg\u00fcltigen Eigent\u00fcmer des Unternehmens sind die regierungsnahen Gesch\u00e4ftsleute L rinc M\u00e9sz\u00e1ros und Istv\u00e1n Tiborcz.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fl\u00e4che des Gel\u00e4ndes, auf dem der Bau stattfinden wird, betr\u00e4gt 94 Tausend Quadratmeter. Bayer Construct gewann die \u00f6ffentliche Auftragsvergabe, weil sie das niedrigste Preisangebot abgegeben hatten, n\u00e4mlich <a href=\"https:\/\/rtl.hu\/gazdasag\/2023\/03\/09\/csaknem-27-milliard-forintert-epul-mtk-sportpark-a-kerepesi-uton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rtl.hu schrieb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Das neue Sportzentrum wird aus zwei Teilen bestehen Im Untergeschoss werden Umkleidekabinen, eine K\u00fcche und ein Raum f\u00fcr die Presse vorhanden sein. Auf der oberen Ebene wird es unterdessen ein Restaurant, eine VIP-Lounge und die Schach- und Br\u00fcckenabteilung von MTK geben. Gemeinschaftsraum dient<\/h2>\n<p>Es wird ein weiteres Geb\u00e4ude mit Wirtschafts- und Dienstleistungsfunktionen errichtet. Die Geb\u00e4ude A und B werden durch ein Plateau verbunden, das sich \u00fcber mehrere tausend Quadratmeter erstreckt.
