In diesem Artikel werden wir einen Rundgang durch einige der sch\u00f6nsten historischen Caf\u00e9s Budapests unternehmen und dabei die einzigartige Mischung aus Geschichte und zeitgen\u00f6ssischem Charme der Stadt pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Machen Sie sich bereit, in die Vergangenheit transportiert zu werden, w\u00e4hrend wir die ber\u00fchmtesten Kaffeeh\u00e4user der Stadt und ihre zeitlose Sch\u00f6nheit erkunden.<\/p>\n<h2>Caf\u00e9 Gerbeaud<\/h2>\n<p>Das Kaffeehaus am V\u00f6r\u00f6smarty-Platz wurde 1858 von Henrik Kugler er\u00f6ffnet, benannt wurde es jedoch nach Emile Gerbeaud, Emile, ein in der Schweiz geborener Konditor, \u00fcbernahm Anfang der 1880 er Jahre das Cafe von Kugler, Gerbeaud ist bekannt f\u00fcr eine Reihe von Patisserie-Neuheiten, die vielleicht ber\u00fchmteste davon ist der Cognac-Kirschbonbon, der sogenannte \u201cMacskanyelv\u201d (eine Milchschokolade in Form einer Katzenzunge) und der Gerbeaud-Kuchen (auf Ungarisch: zserb\u00f3). Jahrhundert sein goldenes Zeitalter Es war ein beliebter Treffpunkt f\u00fcr viele K\u00fcnstler, und fast alle ber\u00fchmten Schriftsteller und Dichter der damaligen Zeit besuchten das Caf\u00e9. Auf seinem H\u00f6hepunkt galt es als wichtiges intellektuelles Zentrum. Im 20. Jahrhundert diente das Caf\u00e9 als Treffpunkt f\u00fcr Schriftsteller der einflussreichsten Zeitschrift der ungarischen Literatur, \u201eNyugat\u201cZu den regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Besuchern des Caf\u00e9s geh\u00f6rten daher viele der bekanntesten ungarischen Literaten des 20. Das Caf\u00e9 befindet sich in dem einst als Szenes-Palast bekannten Geb\u00e4ude aus dem Jahr 1884 im Neorenaissance-Stil. Das Caf\u00e9 war fast von Anfang an ein beliebter Treffpunkt f\u00fcr K\u00fcnstler.
