href=\"https:\/\/hvg.hu\/kkv\/20221122_novekvo_rezsi_hauer_cukraszda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hvg.hu<\/a> Berichte. Nach seinem Tod sechs Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurde das damalige Vorstadtrestaurant vom neuen Ehemann seiner Witwe, Rezs, Hauer, \u00fcbernommen, die S\u00fc\u00dfwaren wuchsen daraufhin stetig, bald wurde der Laden in der R\u00e1k\u00f3czi Road mit einer Reihe selbstgemachter S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten best\u00fcckt, das bekannteste Produkt war jedoch nicht die Schokolade, sondern Rezs. Hauers cremiges Geb\u00e4ck mit Ananas und Schlagsahne.<\/p>\n<p>Wie die Torte wurde auch der Name ihres Machers zu einem gefl\u00fcgelten Wort.Nach dem Tod Emil Gerbeauds im Jahr 1920 wurde Hauer zum Ehrenpr\u00e4sidenten des Budapester Konditoren- und Lebkuchenmacherverbandes gew\u00e4hlt. Das goldene Zeitalter der Familie, die vor dem Krieg \u00fcber hundert Mitarbeiter besch\u00e4ftigte, endete 1949. Auch die Hauers waren in den Verstaatlichungsprozess verwickelt. Die S\u00fc\u00dfwarenfabrik \u00fcbernahm den Markennamen und den Betrieb und ging 1956 in die Gastronomie des Bezirks VIII \u00fcber.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lesen Sie auch: <a sich der Name, er wurde vom nahegelegenen Theater in Erkel umbenannt, das vergr\u00f6\u00dferte Portal prangte bis 1970 mit jenem Firmennamen anstelle von Hauer, nach dem Regimewechsel durchlief der
