Bahnverkehrs auf Stra\u00dfenniveau entsteht ein neuer Brennpunkt und Treffpunkt f\u00fcr die Hauptstadt, ein neuer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Gesch\u00e4ften, Cafes, einem Veranstaltungsraum und
