Einige kommunistische F\u00fchrer schlugen sogar den vollst\u00e4ndigen Abriss des Geb\u00e4udes vor, um dort gen\u00fcgend Platz f\u00fcr die Errichtung eines neuen Universit\u00e4tsviertels zu haben. Obwohl viele Teile h\u00e4tten erhalten und restauriert werden k\u00f6nnen, akzeptierte die kommunistische F\u00fchrung einen minimalistischen Entwurf, um das Renovierungsbudget niedrig zu halten. Anstatt die kunstvollen S\u00e4le wieder aufzubauen, entschieden sich die Architekten daher f\u00fcr moderne L\u00f6sungen im Inneren.
