Im Mittelpunkt des Besuchs stand das 3. Shusha Global Media Forum, das vom 19. bis 21. Juli 2025 unter dem Motto <em>&#8220;Digital Pathways: St\u00e4rkung der Informations- und Medienresilienz im Zeitalter der KI&#8221;.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aserbaidschan und die Region Nagorno-Karabach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Region Berg-Karabach ist nach wie vor Gegenstand intensiver Debatten, wie alle ehemaligen Konfliktgebiete. Nach dem Zerfall der Sowjetunion und w\u00e4hrend des ersten Berg-Karabach-Krieges \u00fcbernahmen armenische Streitkr\u00e4fte die Kontrolle \u00fcber das Gebiet und vertrieben sch\u00e4tzungsweise 800.000 Aserbaidschaner. Im Krieg von 2020 konnte <a href=\"https:\/\/hellomagyar.hu\/tag\/azerbajdzsan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aserbaidschan<\/a> das Gebiet schnell zur\u00fcckerobern. In den fast f\u00fcnf Jahren seither hat Aserbaidschan eine ehrgeizige Wiederaufbauphase in einer lange vernachl\u00e4ssigten und unterentwickelten Region eingeleitet. Es werden enorme Summen investiert, um das Gebiet wieder lebenswert zu machen &#8211; eine Parallele zu Ostdeutschland nach dem Fall des Eisernen Vorhangs, das von der gesamten deutschen Nation unterst\u00fctzt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/contentf5.dailynewshungary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Karabakh-Azerbaijan-Global-Media-Forum-6.jpeg\" alt=\"Shusha Karabakh Azerbaijan Global Media Forum 2025\" class=\"wp-image-666352\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Karabach, Aserbaidschan. Foto: Daily News Hungary\/Hell\u00f3 Magyar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Das an Energieressourcen reiche Aserbaidschan konzentriert sich nun auf dieses Gebiet und steht vor der kolossalen Herausforderung, ein riesiges Gebiet fast von Grund auf neu aufzubauen &#8211; es gibt keine Anleitung f\u00fcr ein solches Unterfangen. F\u00fcr den Transport werden Stra\u00dfen, Autobahnen und Eisenbahnen ben\u00f6tigt, w\u00e4hrend die grundlegende Infrastruktur wie Strom, Wasser, Abwasser und Internet f\u00fcr das t\u00e4gliche Leben entscheidend ist. Krankenh\u00e4user, Schulen und \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen m\u00fcssen ebenfalls gebaut werden, um Zehntausende von Aserbaidschanern zur R\u00fcckkehr zu bewegen. Verlassene Moscheen wurden in den letzten drei\u00dfig Jahren restauriert, und w\u00e4hrend unserer Reise trafen wir auf drei christliche Kirchen &#8211; darunter eine in Shusha, die wir aus der N\u00e4he besichtigten. Ihre Au\u00dfenrenovierung ist bereits abgeschlossen, und sie soll n\u00e4chstes Jahr f\u00fcr Besucher ge\u00f6ffnet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich werde nicht n\u00e4her darauf eingehen, wer welcher Kirche oder Moschee was angetan hat. Der Krieg betrifft Menschen auf allen Seiten, und leider begehen einige Soldaten unmenschliche Taten, wenn sie unkontrollierte Macht haben. Foto: Tagesschau Ungarn\/Hell\u00f3 Magyar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach unserer Erfahrung achten die aserbaidschanischen Beh\u00f6rden auf den Erhalt und die Pflege der christlichen Kirchen &#8211; eine Priorit\u00e4t nicht nur f\u00fcr christliche Nationen wie Ungarn, sondern auch f\u00fcr internationale Beobachter und Organisationen, die sich mit dem Schutz des kulturellen Erbes befassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcber einen wiederaufgebauten Flughafen ins Herz des Kaukasus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine internationale Delegation aus aller Welt kam mit einem Sonderflug von Baku zum neu gebauten Flughafen in Fuzuli. Diese Einrichtung dient als Tor zu den aserbaidschanischen Gebieten, die derzeit in der Post-Konflikt-Phase wieder aufgebaut werden. Die schlagzeilentr\u00e4chtigste Ank\u00fcndigung war die Absicht Aserbaidschans, eine Klage gegen Russland wegen des Abschusses eines aserbaidschanischen Milit\u00e4rflugzeugs einzureichen &#8211; eine Erkl\u00e4rung, die gro\u00dfe politische Auswirkungen auf die gesamte Region hatte. Shusha Global Media Forum begr\u00fc\u00dfte mehr als 140 internationale G\u00e4ste aus 52 L\u00e4ndern, darunter Vertreter von 30 Nachrichtenagenturen, sieben internationalen Organisationen und fast 80 Medienunternehmen. Foto: Tagesschau Ungarn\/Hell\u00f3 Magyar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agdam: Eine Stadt erhebt sich aus der Asche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen des Forums besuchten wir Agdam, eine der am meisten zerst\u00f6rten St\u00e4dte des Berg-Karabach-Krieges. Drei Jahrzehnte lang stand sie unter armenischer Kontrolle und war praktisch unbewohnt. Jetzt verfolgt die aserbaidschanische Regierung massive Wiederaufbaupl\u00e4ne: eine Eisenbahnlinie, eine Autobahn, Wohnviertel und \u00f6ffentliche Dienstleistungen werden mit dem Ziel entwickelt, Agdam in wenigen Jahren in eine Stadt mit Hunderttausenden von Einwohnern zu verwandeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir besichtigten einen brandneuen Verkehrsknotenpunkt, der noch nicht f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit zug\u00e4nglich ist und in dem Zug- und Busbahnh\u00f6fe sowie Restaurants, Bibliotheken und Gesch\u00e4fte untergebracht sind. Neben Wohnh\u00e4usern wurden auch Schulen und Gemeindezentren gebaut, damit sich die zur\u00fcckkehrenden Bewohner wie zu Hause f\u00fchlen. Der Jungfrauenturm, die gepflasterten Stra\u00dfen der Altstadt und die Promenade am Kaspischen Meer verst\u00e4rkten meinen Eindruck von Baku als eine der inspirierendsten und sich schnell entwickelnden St\u00e4dte der Region.
