Sulle strade, diversi conducenti hanno dovuto fermare le loro auto, incapaci di continuare il loro viaggio. Il ministero degli Interni ungherese ha inviato un messaggio di testo al telefono di tutti dicendo che se la propria auto \u00e8 bloccata, dovrebbero passare a un altro veicolo. Nella maggior parte dei luoghi, lo spessore della neve \u00e8 rimasto al di sotto dei 25 cm. Il motivo del tempo eccezionale \u00e8 stato un ciclone mediterraneo ad alta umidit\u00e0.
