Costruito accanto al Ministero delle Finanze. \u00c8 vuoto da un decennio. L&#8217;edificio fu commissionato dal commerciante Ferenc Gross nel 1924-25. Oggi le pareti dell&#8217;edificio contengono l&#8217;ex portico, la caffetteria, il palco, ora tutto distrutto, e la cantina ora allagata. In un corridoio c&#8217;erano cinque camere da letto, una stanza per gli insegnanti, un magazzino e un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici.
