L’adozione del mercato della propriet\u00e0 industriale ungherese \u00e8 diminuita del 10% annuo a 109.350 metri quadrati nel terzo trimestre del 2018, ha affermato il Forum di coordinamento dei consulenti immobiliari di Budapest (BIEF).<\/strong><\/p>\n

I rinnovi del leasing hanno rappresentato il 52 per cento dell’assunzione I nuovi contratti hanno costituito il 31 per cento del totale e gli ampliamenti il 10 per cento Un unico contratto preliminare ha costituito oltre il 6 per cento dell’adozione.<\/p>\n

Alla fine del terzo trimestre il tasso di posti vacanti sul mercato della propriet\u00e0 industriale era pari al 3,7%.<\/p>\n

Alla fine del periodo nella grande Budapest c’erano 2.086.120 metri quadrati di propriet\u00e0 industriale. Nel terzo trimestre \u00e8 stato inaugurato il porto franco portuale di Budapest, da solo circa 5.000 metri quadrati.<\/p>\n

I membri del BIEF sono CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman e Wakefield, ESTON International, JLL e Robertson Ungheria.<\/p>\n
