Breaking – Unidentified Czech plane entered Hungarian airspace!
Hungarian fighters immediately took off to catch the plane.
According to hvg.hu, the ministry of defence issued a statement today in which it says that an unidentified, ultralight Czech P-220 Koala entered Hungarian airspace. Hungarian Gripens immediately took off and caught the plane with which the Hungarian air traffic control could not establish communication.
This plane type can
carry only one passenger
and is made by the Czech Evektor company.
Based on the ministry, the plane flew from Romania to the Czech Republic and established contact with the traffic control after the fighter jets reached it. Afterwards, the Gripens returned to their base in Kecskemét.
