Orbán to meat Italy’s League Party leader Salvini today
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will meet Matteo Salvini, the leader of Italy’s League Party, the prime minister’s press chief said on Thursday.
Confirming Italian press reports, Bertalan Havasi said Orban and Salvini would discuss Italy’s and Hungary’s international situation and relationships, especially economic and investment ties. The meeting will also be an “opportunity for Salvini to congratulate Orbán on his election win, and
express feelings of friendship and cooperation between the governments in Rome and Budapest,”
the reports said.
