The Council of the Elderly has proposed the re-introduction of a daily time frame for seniors in shops to protect them against the coronavirus epidemic, the minister for family affairs, said on Monday, after meeting the body.
During the first wave of the epidemic a shopping time applied to people aged above 65 between 9am and 12pm. The Council now proposed an amended version of that measure, Katalin Novák told public media.
Under the proposal,
the time frame would be cut to one or two hours, to be observed on weekdays only, she said.
