Stray cattle caused an accident on Hungarian motorway, police closed the road
A cattle managed to get on the M6 motorway near Paks, causing an accident. As a result, the police closed the road yesterday.
According to blikk.hu, a driver hit a stray cattle on the M6 motorway yesterday evening. The police headquarters of Tolna County said they closed the road because of the accident. They wrote that the accident happened close to the 113th milestone but shared no more details.
Teol.hu, a local news outlet, reported that five passengers were travelling in the car. Thankfully, nobody was injured, but the cattle died. Police finished the investigation by noon and reestablished traffic on the M6 motorway. They are investigating how the cattle could get on the road.
