This is how Putin congratulates Orbán on election victory
The Russian President congratulated Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on his election victory, the Russian news agency TASS reported.
As we wrote before, last night PM Orbán wins the fourth successive term with a landslide victory. Orbán also mentioned the Ukrainian president in his victory speech:
“This victory will be remembered for the rest of our lives because so many people ganged upon us, including the Hungary’s left, the international left everywhere, the bureaucrats in Brussels, all the funds and organizations of the ruling empire, the foreign media, and in the end even the Ukrainian president.”
According to the information, Vladimir Putin sent a telegram congratulating Viktor Orbán on the victory of Fidesz and its allies in the parliamentary elections in Hungary, the Kremlin press service said.
According to the statement,
the Russian president expressed his hope that “despite the current difficult international situation, bilateral relations can be further improved in full accordance with the interests of the Russian and Hungarian people”.
