Do we know whether Foreigners with Residence permit in Hungary can cross these borders.. or is it only applicable for citizens of Hungary?
Dürfen Schweizer mit LakcÃmkártiá die ungarische Grenze ohne weiteres begehen??
Does this also mean that from now on EU-citizens who live in Hungary (with permanent residence-registration and lakcÃm-card) can visit Austria etc. without having to undergo a 14-day quarantine after returning to Hungary?
Unfortunately, lots of sources don’t provide true information regarding the option for third-country nationals with permanent residency status to travel from and to Hungary. The only one source is Magyar Közlöny. But one should search for the exact documents (that are changing extremely fast) in great variety of adopted decisions and documents.
I have no idea why they haven’t done the same like authorities in neighboring countries did.
