Hungary expresses condolences over Russia shipwreck
Budapest, April 2 (MTI) – The foreign ministry on Thursday expressed Hungary’s sympathy with families of victims in the recent disaster of a Russian trawler.
The ministry learnt with “deep regret” reports of the shipwreck, in which 54 people died and 15 other disappeared early in the day.
Fishing trawler Dalniy Vostok sank off the coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula, 250km south of Magadan. Sixty-three people have been rescued.
