For the caramel filling, pour the condensed milk into a glass baking dish and sprinkle it with fleur de sel. Cover the baking dish with foil, place it in a pan with water, then bake for two hours.
Then, mix the heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar into the mixer to make the whipped cream topping. Finally, scrape the caramel filling on top of the crust and chill. Add the whipped cream topping afterward. Enjoy!
