The Royal Palace of Gödöllő has recently received an honorable World Prix d’Excellence award of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Top real estate professionals and experts have joined forces to grant the most outstanding achievements in the real estate world. TheRoyal Palace of Gödöllő was named the best in the Heritage (Preservation/ Restoration) Category.
Strict rules and criteria of the competition alongside an impressive jury panel enabled only true architectural wonders to become the finalists. The Highest achievements in the following fields determined the winner in the Heritage Category: preservation of a historical building, quality of development and construction, community benefits in terms of cultural and historical heritage and aesthetics of the architecture and design. The Royal Palace of Gödöllő was named an absolute winner based on these criteria.
The FIABCI nominates only the best real estate properties and developments for the World Prix d`Excellence. The competition is tough in every category.To receive the World Prix d`Excellence is a huge honor; it means that a particular project or a building is recognized as the true architectural jewel.The international juryof the highest caliber evaluates projects based on the following standards: impact on the environment, architecture and urban design, technical standards and innovations, community benefits and fininacial benefits.
