Budapest-Ankara exhibition opens in Várkert Bazár
Budapest (MTI) – A traveling photo exhibition dubbed “Two Nations One Camera (2N1C) Budapest-Ankara” opened in the Várkert Bazar center in the Hungarian capital on Friday.
The exhibition shows the two capital cities on 55 images taken by 12 Turkish and Hungarian amateur photographers, the foreign ministry’s deputy state secretary said at the opening.
The exhibition was first shown in Ankara last year in the autumn as part of programmes marking the 60th anniversary of Hungary’s 1956 revolution, said Judit Hammerstein.
It will travel to Izmir after closing in Budapest on June 4, she said.
