Tibor Ibolya recalled: the investigation was ordered on March 11, four house searches were held the same day, about ten thousand pages of printed text and about 800 gigabytes of electronic data were seized. It required time to review this “huge amount” of data – the Attorney General said.

When asked whether this amount of time, two weeks could be enough to evacuate the wealth through offshore companies, he replied: Csaba Tarsoly “was not in a situation objectively” to be able to evacuate his assets.
