Hungary lends Slovenia 300,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines
Hungary has lent 300,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines to Slovenia to help it speed up its inoculation campaign, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said after talks with Prime Minister Janez Jansa and Health Minister Janez Poklukar in Ljubljana on Wednesday.
Hungary already has enough jabs stored for everyone registered in Hungary, Szijjártó told a joint press conference.
The pandemic highlights the importance of mutual dependence among neighbouring countries,
Szijjártó said.
Successful protection efforts in neighbouring countries also contribute to the safety of Hungarians, he said. The speedier their inoculation campaign progresses, the sooner Hungarians can travel without restrictions without the risk of infection, he added.

Astounding and personally think this is WRONG.
Residence Permit Card holders solid numbers of which who have made Hungary their home and lived here for extended years, still awaiting Vaccination/Immunization.
Growing un-rest in these residence in thousands is – they have complied with the procedures outlined by the present Hungarian Government, registered on the official Government web site, that they wish to be vaccinated/immunized.
The present Hungarian Government – on “public record” stated – that by mid May 2021 commencement of vaccination/immunization of Residence – other than Citizenship in status living in Hungary – would commence by mid May 2021.
Thousands who live in Hungary under this status of residency STILL wait to be vaccinated/immunized.
We are in June month 2021.
Why this on-going delay ?
Why is it considered WRONG – this decision to – Prioritize – Slovenia with the – Astra Zeneca “loan” agreement over the vaccination/immunization of Residence Permit Card Holders – living & working – financially “pouring” in sizeable consistent humungous – amounts of huf – into the “sagging” Hungarian economy ???
It hurts and disgusts me – this dismissiveness negligent attitude – that we, in the thousands, are being held to ransom in ways, by the present Hungarian Government.
WHO will assist us ?
WHO will be our POLITICAL voice ?
This is an OPPORTUNITY – to Factually – to ALL citizens of Hungary – the WRONG of this “loan” vaccine agreement with Slovenia.
The Governmental Political exercised preference and priority – to Slovenia – over Residence in status of Hungary – who have NOT been vaccinated/immunized.
