Superpower: Hungarian boy’s special gene may cure cancer

Researchers found a very promising gene in the young Benett’s body, which can help cure cancer.

Benett is only 12, but he had a brain surgery seven years ago. The parents and some American doctors believe the surgery was needless. As a result, he is a bit different from the others, so his classmates mock him. He moves strangely and speaks differently than the others. However, researchers found a promising gene in his blood, which can help find the cure for cancer, Blikk wrote.

His mother had a premature birth, and his progress was slower and more difficult than other boys of the same age. Later, a doctor in Budapest diagnosed him with microcephaly and operated him. The boy recovered slowly, and when the doctor wanted to carry out another surgery, the parents said no.

Following another doctor’s advice, they sold everything and went to Boston. The doctors told them the surgery was needless because he was never ill. On the other hand, the US doctor told the parents that they found a gene in Benett’s body that could play a key role in finding the cure for cancer.
