F1 scandal: Norris broke Verstappen’s Herendi porcelain trophy – VIDEO

Max Verstappen, Red Bull’s Dutch pilot, won the F1 Hungarian Grand Prix today. He was awarded an original Herendi porcelain trophy, which he held up happily during the victory ceremony. However, seconds later, Norris broke the trophy in two. We’ll show you how.

According to szmo.hu, an embarrassing mistake happened during F1 Hungarian Grand Prix’s victory ceremony in the afternoon. Max Verstappen’s beautiful Herendi porcelain trophy was broken into two parts by the silver medallist Lando Norris. Here is the video:

 

Norris was celebrating with Verstappen and the bronze medal winner Sergio Pérez. But when he wanted to open his champagne, he broke the winner’s trophy by accident. However, the Dutch pilot was not too angry. According to the videos circulating on social media, he did not even notice the accident and continued to celebrate with his competitors.
