“Codenames” is always a crowd-pleaser. This two-team game is about guessing words in the twenty-five playing cards. An appointed “spymaster” from each team runs the game by giving hints to their team “field operatives” to be able to correctly guess the word or code name in question. The rules for Codenames can be quite confusing at first. However, once you get the hang of it you and your colleagues will refuse to play any other games. The good thing about Codenames is that the round takes about 15-30 minutes, so you can keep it interesting for everyone by taking turns at being a “spymaster” or an “operative”.
