Govt ‘committed’ to improving the quality of public education, survey plays major role
An interior ministry official has said the government is committed to improving the quality of education, and it is important to understand the opinion of parents.
A questionnaire sent to parents canvasses their views on the way teachers evaluate students based on their own experiences, Zoltán Maruzsa, the state secretary for public education, said on Thursday.
He said this was a vital type of feedback concerning the performance and development of students.
“Evaluation is a way of shaping a child’s character and attitude,” he said, adding that more than 100,000 parents have returned the questionnaire.

Investment was NEEDED in Hungary by this present Orban Government into EDUCATION.
The Orban Government FAILED dismally never INVESTING to the NEEDED forints, the entire Hungarian Education system required.
Orbans Government 13 years nearly, wouldn’t know the meaning of INVESTMENT into Hungarian Education.
The SHAMBLES the entire situation is in Hungary from Educators right through the system, just appalling the way this Government have let it DECAY, the least appreciated, the Educators who STILL wait for PROMISES of Wage increases.
Parents want to take a VERY deep penetrative examination of this questionnaire and any in the FUTURE that this present Government may use for PROPAGANDA purposes – trying to cover-up their Failings and Negligence through non-Investments broken promises into the Hungarian Education system.
Education opens windows of OPPORTUNITIES.
Hungary, the RESPONSIBILITY on Parents, that they be DILIGENT, to ensure the place they decide to send their children for an EDUCATION, that it has the absolute full support & backing of who-ever the Government is in power.
It will factually take billions of forints to bring the entire Education system, inclusive of wage structures, facilities and so on, in Hungary, up to 21st century standards.
Hungary – decades behind being a modern or 21st century system of DEVELOPING and Visionary ways and techniques of EDUCATION.
BLAME massive BLAME – just continuously reverts back to the FAILINGS of the Orban Government, its history of broken promises its BLAME on the European Union for having NO-Money.
No Investment – to EDUCATION – that is “veiled” in positions of falsifications of facts & truth, that have ALL been highlighted as known in their OWNERSHIP & Practice – of the Victor Orban led Government of Hungary.
Brussels is STRONGLY on board – giving constructive in-put and LISTENING with great intensity – with the MASSIVE problems under Education created by the broken promises made by the Victor Orban led Government of Hungary.
The call received from Brussels to the Vice-President of the Teachers Union – Hungary – asking DETAILS of the “worsening” situation.
