Hungary’s fuel prices rise sharply on Wednesday

There is no stopping the rise in fuel prices, holtankoljak.net reports.

On Monday the price of petrol and diesel also increased by 3-3 forints gross, due to the increase in the fee payable to the Hungarian Hydrocarbon Stockholders Association (MSZKSZ).

According to the specialist portal, on Wednesday, the purchase price of gasoline will rise by 10 forints gross, and gasoline will have to pay 4 forints more for station operators.

This change is also expected to affect retail prices, with the following average prices expected:

95 petrol: HUF 652 (EUR 1,63) /liter
Diesel: HUF 720 (EUR 1,80) /liter
