Metallica sounds great on dulcimer

As Origo reports, Áron Horváth, performer of Fölszállott a páva played the 1992 song Nothing Else Matters.

“I do not know if Metallica has ever listened to Hungarian folk music but I think that they would like it” –thinks Áron Horváth, finalist of the folk music and folk dance talent-scout of Duna television, called Fölszállott a páva. The 12 years old boy from Jászberény got the love of rock music from his father, but he got to know folk music very early, and started to play the dulcimer beside the drums.

Rock got to the second place in his heart and folk music became first. Sometimes it happens that he plays Metallica on the dulcimer, just like in the video. “Both rock and folk music are cool. But I do not consider myself cool. I am a folk musician” –he says. The final of Fölszállott a páva is on air from 19.30 on Friday at Duna television.
