Breaking – Yettel phones (+36-20) are dead in Hungary!
Customers of Yettel in Hungary complain that they cannot start or receive a call. Furthermore, their mobile internet disappeared. Here are the details.
According to rtl.hu, former Telenor (today Yettel) customers complained this morning that their phones are not working. The television channel’s staff who use the +36-20 numbers confirmed it.
There are a lot of angry comments on the service provider’s Facebook page. Customers keep complaining from various parts of the country that they cannot even dial Yettel numbers. In some places, there is reception, but there is no internet connection, while in other parts of Hungary, both services are dead.
RTL asked Yettel about the reasons for the problem and about when the company will fix it, but they have not answered yet.
