DK slams four-day wait for test results
The opposition Democratic Coalition said it was “irresponsible and dangerous” that it takes four days to receive the results of coronavirus tests provided by the state.
“A great number of people have reported this problem and also complained that there is a four-day delay in testing contacts,” party spokesman Balázs Barkóczi told an online press conference on Monday.
He added that
the delays made it impossible to identify infected persons in time.
Barkóczi reiterated the party’s request to boost state testing capacities and make free testing available to everyone who has health insurance.

If someone cannot afford Health Insurance then they are unlikely to be able to afford a Covid test. It should be free for people within Hungary given that an untested, asymptomatic person or a person with symptoms could be ‘superspreaders’, something that ultimately would cost the health service a lot more to deal with. Less money for sports stadia, more money for health services!
