Government abolished a restriction affecting all tourists!
One of the restrictions introduced by the government because of the coronavirus epidemic said that the accommodation providers have to upload the identification documents of their guests into a state register. That obligation included even the data of the babies and small kids.
However, today morning the government withdrew that rule. Therefore, from October 15 on, only the IDs and passports of guests above 14 have to be entered into the database. In the case of children below that age, it is enough if their parents or legal representative share their data with the hotel – index.hu reported.
