Orbán’s Tusványos “racist” speech well received by Russian state TV

“If Trump was the president of the United States and Angela Merkel was Germany’s chancellor, there would be no war in Ukraine.” – said Orbán in his speech in Tusnádfürdő. Although this statement received mixed reactions, the Russians seem to agree with it. One of the leading faces of Russian state TV, Vladimir Solovyov, liked this sentence so much that he even quoted it in his political debate show. 

As we have written about it before, prime minister Viktor Orbán spoke about some current issues in Tusnádfürdő. Among others, he spoke about how Hungarians did not want to become a mixed race. In addition, he said that Trump could have prevented the war. Now, the Russian state TV reacted to his speech.
