Szeged Among the Best University Towns in Europe
Besides Oxford, Heidelberg and Bologna, Szeged is also in the top 10travelo.hu reports.
Szeged was chosen as one of the ten best university towns in Europe by Condé Nast Traveler Magazine. Among others, the reason is that Dóm Square changes into an amazing place in every July and August, during the Szeged Open-Air Festival.
According to the article, the city is also famous for its cuisine and paprika. The author encourages the readers to try the spicy fish soup and the famous Pick salami, as well as the thermal baths, for which Hungary is already famous.
