László Gyuricza, mayor of Kerepes, has made a special offer to a man masturbating in public. The man was “doing his business” behind the ticket office at the Szilasliget HÉV stop, the first man of the municipality said. He added that if the man does not come forward to the police, the footage will be made public, writes szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu.

“My dear one, if you are charming the cobra under the surveillance camera, you risk the following: if you do not give yourself up to the police within two days, the full-HD recording of your handiwork will be posted on the internet,” said László Gyuricza. The mayor also gave specific details: he said that the video will be posted on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook if the person does not meet the required conditions.

The two days are over and the man has not come forward

“Last night, the two days were up!” wrote the mayor of Kerepes on Facebook. “The ‘good man’ has not come forward, police have not yet managed to catch him! I have received many threats, but I believe that the silent majority of people of good conscience see it the same way as me and my immediate environment! It is not normal for such people to get off with a slap on the wrist at best and resume their perverted activities 2 weeks later!” Gyuricza added to the recording, reports Telex.

“Let’s imagine that someone’s little girl or someone’s wife goes there,” said Gyuricza, who said several rights activists have threatened to sue him if he shares the video. “I don’t think it’s normal and ethical to take the attitude that such a person should be protected even a little bit,” added the mayor.

He then talked about a letter he received on Wednesday. According to the letter, a couple boarded the HÉV in Szilasliget, the female member of which orally satisfied her partner until Mogyoród and later herself. If there is no police, no prevention, no control, “then we, as fathers, as husbands, as mayor, cannot do anything but say: these people must be expelled, and with the public’s involvement,” he added.
