People with vertigo are even advised not to watch the video. Hungary’s largest Christmas tree is the Megyeri Bridge, which this festive season looks like a Christmas tree thanks to special lights.
Few people have been able to get to the top of the 100-meter-high Megyeri Bridge. Now, however, Norbert Sándor Pécsi, head of communications at the Hungarian Public Roads Nonprofit Ltd., gave an exclusive online tour to those interested, showing the bridge from all sides, day and night.
Many of the commentators also wanted to go up to the top of the bridge’s supporting pillar, but this is not possible at the moment, the bridge is not open to the public.
Today, from dusk on 26 December until dawn tomorrow, the green-painted pilasters can be seen, and the Megyeri Bridge will be lit up again on New Year’s Eve, from 30 December to 1 January.
@magyarkozut Csak kevesen juthattak eddig a 100 méter magas Megyeri-híd tetejére. Most @Pécsi Norbert Sándor kommunikációs vezetőnk egy exkluzív bejárást tart nektek, és kívül-belül, mindenhonnan megmutatja nektek nappal és éjszaka is a hidat. #magyarkozut #nekedbe #fyp #megyerihíd ♬ Aesthetic – Tollan Kim
