Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson endorses Hungarian high schoolers running a student election campaign

Popular American actor, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson sent an incredible video message to a Hungarian high school in which he publicly endorses Class 11/3, running a student election campaign, reports 24.hu. The rock even says a couple of words in Hungarian.

I do not think that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson needs an introduction.

He is one of the highest paid actors in the world, starring in movies such as Baywatch, Jumanji, Fast and Furious and many others, and he is now endorsing a Hungarian high school class running a student election campaign.

Herman Ottó High School in Miskolc organised its student elections, and one particular class had something in their campaign no one expected. A girl from Class 11/3, Hanna Ragályi-Nagy contacted the famous actor and asked him for a really special favour: to endorse her class because they are running a student election campaign. Hanna told RTL Klub that she did not expect that he would do all of the things he ended up doing.

“He was very happy and open to what we asked. I did not even ask him to speak in Hungarian because I thought it would be too difficult for him. It was his idea to speak Hungarian because he knew the video was meant for Hungarians.”

The video was a huge hit at the student election; everybody loved it.

The video not only made a lot of Hungarian high schoolers very happy, it also proved to be very effective, as one class member ended up being elected.

Dwayne’s message (which was recorded on his own property) can be watched in the video below. He manages to utter a few words in Hungarian, like szavazzatok (imperative form of vote) before giving up and switching to English. Well, Hungarian is one of the most difficult languages in the world.  Nice try, Rock!
