Seven medals for Hungary at the Czech Tetrathlon Open U19
The spectacular Czech capital, Prague, hosted the Czech Tetrathlon Open for juniors under 19 years, from 10 till 11 June 2017.
In addition to the Czech Republic – the host country – eleven countries which were Belarus, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and Ukraine.
Hungarian champions showed outstanding performance and they collected the highest number of medals.
With 1126 points Hungarian Bence Viczian won the men competition’s gold medal. His compatriot Lilla Dallos earned the women competition’s gold after she collected 1001 points.
Hungary dominated the medals of the team-relay mix competition. The team of Lilla Dallos and Bence Viczian won the gold medal. Silver went for the pair Balint Katona and Rita Csizmazia. The couple of Nora Kallai-Simoka and Laszlo Hegedus.
Hungarian champions did not allow players from other nationalities to win even a single gold medal at the whole tournament, as at the men team competition, the Hungarian team of Bence Viczian, Tamas Jozsef, and David Soponyai acquired the first place winning the gold medal.
The team of Lilla Dallos, Luca Hanna Kaiser, and Luca Szarka topped the women team competition earning the gold medal.
