Budapest becomes a luxury destination
Four Seasons launches a luxurious worldwide tour this September, visiting numerous famous cities. Nlcafe.hu reports that Budapest is among the destinations.
The 24-day journey around the world will cost roughly 118 thousand euros, where passengers can visit the most famous cities of the world, including Budapest. It will be a tasteful luxurious journey, as a luxury Boeing 757 will transport the guests around the continents.
The journey starts in September, taking off from Seattle, then flying to Kyoto, then to Beijing. From there, the flight will take you to the Maldives, and the next destination is the Serengeti National Park.
The flight arrives in Budapest on the 17th of September and passengers will spend three days here. According to the journey plan found on the company’s website, these are the planned activities:
- Visiting the Széchenyi Bath
- A trip to Szentendre, visiting the Erdész Gallery and meeting with László Erdész, art dealer
- Lunch at the Fisherman’s Bastion
- Visiting the Matthias Church, the crypt and the church’s museum
- Attending a performance at the Opera House.
The plane takes off to Saint Petersburg from Hungary, then flies to Marrakesh. The journey ends on the 26th of September, upon landing in Boston.
A double bed option costs 135 thousand dollars, or 118 thousand euros, a single one 12 thousand dollars (10 thousand euros). The seats can be converted into beds; they are divided into 2×2 sections. The food on board is prepared by a chef and passengers will spend the nights when arriving at the destinations at luxury hotels.
However, this year’s flight is booked, but you can still get your hands on tickets for next year. Budapest is among the destinations in 2018 as well.
