Schedule of Hungarian holidays for 2015

If you work in Hungary, this summary might help you in planning your holidays well in advance during the year.

Long weekends in 2015:

• 1^st – 4^th of January (New Year’s)
• 4^th – 6^th of April (Easter)
• 1^st – 3^rd of May (Labour Day)
• 23^rd – 25^th of May (Pentecost)
• 20^th – 23^rd of August (National Holiday)
• 23^rd – 25^th of October (National Holiday)
• 24^th – 27^th of December (Christmas)

Of course every coin has two sides, so here are the following dates when we work on Saturdays as well in order to compensate the gaps between weekends and the actual holidays.

• 10^th of January
• 8^th of August
• 12^th of December
