Bryan Adams returns to Hungary! This September, the singer will give a free concert in Budapest!
On 28th September, the Canadian musician Bryan Adams will give a free concert at Heroes’ Square. The audience can view an exclusive two-hour show, explicitly organised for the 20th birthday of “Scandinavian” lottery; the show will be opened by Well Hello band.
This is the second time when the Hungarian National Lottery Company (Szerencsejáték Zrt.) organises a major concert at Heroes’ Square – last year, Sting and Shaggy were invited for the 30th anniversary of the “six-number draw” lottery.
The 59-year-old singer, guitarist, songwriter started his Shine A Light concert tour this May in America. In October, the singer will perform in South America, which will be followed by European concerts in November. It seems that Bryan Adams will suspend the tour to give a two-hour concert to the Hungarian audience on 28th September in Budapest. Bryan Adams visited Hungary three years ago, offering a great show at Papp László Budapest Sports Arena, just like previously – in 2003, 2006 and 2012. The musician also visited the countryside – he gave a fantastic concert in Debrecen in 2016, in front of 200,000 people.
The world-famous Canadian musician – during his three and a half decades-long career – has sold more than 100 million records, and toured at all the six continents (performing as the first Western musician in Pakistan and Vietnam), and topped the charts in 40 countries.
The singer received the highest Canadian state award, he was registered in the Music Hall of Fame and has a star at Hollywood Walk of Fame.
