Varga remembers German WWII victims taken to labour camps from Hungary

Justice can only be served through understanding the past with a national responsibility felt in unity over each other, Varga said at the event organised by the local council of Obuda-Bekasmegyer, in northern Budapest, the German local government and the Braunhaxler Association. At the end of the Second World War millions of people of German origin were taken to labour camps in the Soviet Union, several hundred thousand of them from Hungary, Varga said, calling on everyone to remember the 20th century history of Hungary and eastern Europe in order to “free ourselves of the burdens of history”.

Interesting but the government of Hungary ought to learn that facisism which is how the are viewed inmost of the civilised world and the way they behave towards their own civilians by their shutting down the media stations that, don’t fall into their personal line, in keeping with government wish in reporting ! Frankly it’s not even clever in its misguided fascist ideals. It’s about time they actually realise that they, the Hungarian Government are the only ones “who can’t see that the king has no clothes on ” I am astonished by the Hungarian public at allowing fascist back into power, considering my father and other good Hungarians fought in the street,s of Budapest to stop the likes of the arrogant fascist currently in power in Hungary and what appears to be the unsophisticated majority of the Hungarian public from voting them in to ruin the country both culturally and economically. Get rid of the plebs in power ,they have only their own pockets and economic advantage in their minds !!!!!
@David,
You sure make a lot of unwarranted and unjustified claims with nothing backing them. Sounds to me as though your the Soviet Socialists itching to get back into power. Note that, ‘democracy and the word ‘referendum’, do not have the ‘ism’ in them. That’s why i hate socialism, fascism, nazism, islamism, and anything else that contains ‘ism’. So go back to your lying ways, and leave this country alone.
