Women’s Handball World Championship: Hungarian victory againts Czech Republic
The Hungarian team, celebrated their first victory in the first round in the Group D in Novi Sad (Újvidék) with a compelling victory against the Czech Republic 35:27 (18:16), European Handball Federetion (EHF) reports.
EHF said, in the first halftime the neighbouring team were even on the court. The Czechs were dictating the rhytham for the first 25 minutes, and were leading (10:12), and with a series of Tomori, the Hungarian teams reversed the score until the end of the halftime (18:16).
On the continuartion the Hungarians were led by the first star of the team Anita Görbicz, and made a great series from 10:1 until the 45th minute (28:18) and practically finishing their match during the beginning of the second half-time.
EHF underlined, the most efficient in the winning team was Görbicz with nine goals, and for the guests was Klara Cerna with five.
