Coronavirus – Eight patients die, 3,841 infected in Hungary
Eight patients have died in the past 24 hours, all of them elderly and suffering from underlying illnesses, bringing the total number of fatalities to 517, while novel coronavirus infections in Hungary have increased by 25 to 3,841, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Friday morning.
Fully 2,024 hospitalised patients have made a recovery.
The number of active infections has fallen to 1,300. Forty-two percent of the active cases, 59 percent of the fatalities and 48 percent of full recoveries are in Budapest, the side said.

Fully 384 Covid-19 patients are undergoing treatment in hospital, 24 of whom are on ventilators.
Altogether 10,763 are in official home quarantine. The number of tests carried out stands at 180,152.
The government says the aim is to steadily resume normal life based on a strict schedule, and it calls on citizens to follow general precautions.
Budapest (1,829 people) has the highest number of infections, followed by Pest County (547), Fejer County (370) and Zala County (252). Bekes County (11) has the lowest number.
