Taxi driver deliberately hit his friend in Budapest – shocking video
After hitting by a car a man he was angry with on the open street, a taxi driver defended himself by saying that he feared his friend would attack him because of a previous conflict. He said he did not want to hurt the man.
On the morning of 3 May, the 30-year-old driver hit a pedestrian on the street in the 20th district and swept the man away.
The driver then slowed down and drove off.
The man who was hit was extremely lucky and escaped with minor injuries.
The taxi driver was identified by the police, but before he could be arrested he gave himself up.
Investigators questioned the driver for grievous bodily harm, took him into custody and the court has since ordered his arrest.
