Romania Sotheby’s International Realty announces the listing for sale of Count Zichy Ferenc’s chalet in Abrămuț, Bihor County, at the price of EUR 495,000.
The property, built in 1899 at the initiative of Count Zichy Ferenc, former Minister of Trade in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, was given to his son Tivadar.
The mansion has a built area of 358 sqm, with 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a basement cellar.

Inside, the solid wood furnishings reflect the atmosphere of the late 19th century, while artistic elements such as the piano, add a touch of elegance.
