I am always surprised at all the youth dressing in black now-a-days. So depressing to see them all in funeral attire, even quite young kids. Maybe it signals their lack of good taste or their lack of positive feelings about themselves. To me it signals childhood having been eradicated by too much information that is not about being a carefree imaginative explorative child. Does aggressive antisocial behavior that hurts society follow as the normal downward spiral of social standards and will it be tolerated like in the US in particular? Unruly thieves & groups of both sexes have ruined so many communities, then they all whine because businesses left, are leaving, making life hard for the 1st time for many overindulged persons. When I was a child if you broke a window or spray painted a sidewalk you family paid for all associated costs & then your father & mother made life very difficult for you for penance. Then your neighbours gave you the evil eye until you proved your worth to be a good citizen again. When ‘shame’ was a normal teaching, one self monitored better.
