Fuel prices rising endlessly in Hungary: Friday brings another shock
After Wednesday, the next price increase will come on Friday at domestic petrol stations. Today saw a significant rise; however, Friday will bring even more unpleasant numbers.
As we reported on Monday, the wholesale price of petrol and diesel increased by HUF 7 and 11 respectively today. There will be a similar price change towards the end of the week, Vezess.hu reports.
On Friday, the purchase price of petrol will increase by another HUF 7, while the price of diesel will rise by HUF 10.
If retail prices change by the same amount, the new average fuel prices will be the following:
- 95 petrol: HUF 614/litre (EUR 1.58)
- diesel: HUF 661/litre (EUR 1.70)
