Flight frequency to one of the farthest direct destinations from Budapest to increase

Based on an announcement from Kazakh SCAT Airline, flights will operate three times a week starting 30 October, which is fantastic news for travellers.
According to AIRportal, a Hungarian air travel-focused media outlet, SCAT will fly between Budapest and Shymkent, a Kazakh city with a population of over 1 million, three times a week. The flight days will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The airline made its inaugural flight to Budapest on 27 May, operating twice a week. Levente Magyar, Hungary’s deputy foreign minister, expressed his hopes to the press when welcoming the first flight back in May that the airline would increase services to five times a week between the two cities soon.
